Fairfield Fire Department
To assist the Fire Marshal in the supervision of fire prevention inspection, investigation and reporting of the causes and origins of fires, and public education regarding fire prevention; perform varied professional and administrative tasks for the division; perform a wide range of duties enforcing city codes, ordinances, rules and regulations related to fire prevention and life safety.
This position is represented by Fairfield General Management Association (FGMA) and includes an excellent benefits package:
Salary increases of 4% in the first full pay periods of July 2018, July 2019, and July 2020.
