In Memoriam

Paula Bennett Paula Bennett, 44, a firefighter with the Carriere Volunteer Fire Department, died in a motor vehicle accident while responding to a structure fire in Carriere on April 16, 1998. Bennett was also a member of the department's rehab team and vice president of the auxiliary.
